Rubbish Hired them to fix my garage door because I am disabled with spinal issues. They showed up for 2 minutes, told me the belt was worn, and charged $300, Then they tried to sell me a new motor and accessories for $1,000 even though the motor was absolutely fine, and told me they wouldn't deal with Gliderol, leaving me to figure out the rail/belt sizing and source everything from gliderol myself. The technician was inexperienced. He rounded all the bolts for the manual release using the wrong bit with a Makita, then once they were properly rounded used a square bit jammed into them, making them even worse, and told me they'd be impossible to remove and claimed they were already rounded when he started (which they were not as I have the same model garage door installed on each side, done at same time and the other side bolts were perfect. I removed them in 10 seconds with the correct bit while he stood there telling me it couldn't be done. He could not figure out how a shorter rail worked without my guidance. After leaving my garage in a mess with parts scattered everywhere, they never returned or responded to messages. I had to finish the job myself with help from my neighbour .
